Basic Package: 60 minutes

Includes a 60 minute birthday themed yoga & mindfulness class including yoga songs, a birthday yoga story, games, customized birthday posters, a birthday photo backdrop and customized activities. The birthday child will get special gift from me and a birthday crown or hat!

Each guest will also leave with small “goodie bags” to take home.

Up to 10 students: $350

Party + Craft Package: 1.5 – 1.75 hours

Includes all that’s include in the basic package PLUS an additional minute mindfulness based craft of your choice for all guests to bring home!
