Little Yogis: Ages 5-9

Mindful movement and moments

This class will focus on age-appropriate yoga education (learning what yoga, mindfulness and meditation is and why we do it), breathing exercises, yoga pose instruction via songs, games and stories, mindfulness activities and meditation. 

Students will be introduced to the practice of yoga in a FUN and energetic way! Once we get all the energy flowing and the wiggles out, students will learn visualization and use their imagination during a relaxing, final guided meditation.

*Ages are flexible and classes are adaptable to meet the developmental level and age of each student
