Included: All craft materials, a journal, spa water and a pizza party on the last day of camp. Students can bring their own lunch and snacks.

This kids mindfulness & yoga camp will include a combination of yoga, creativity, mindfulness crafts, nature, movement, mindfulness and a lot of FUN!

Each day, students will be introduced to the practices of yoga and mindfulness while exploring a new theme that will guide our class. Students will engage in group discussions and games.

Classes will be filled with physical and mental exercises, resulting in the perfect balance of movement and stillness. Each day kids will leave with a sense of accomplishment, confidence and a feeling of togetherness.

Classes will be three hours and include:
-Instruction of yoga poses
-Yoga songs
-Yoga stories
-Guided movements
-Mindfulness activities
-Breathing exercises
-Engaging crafts
-Guided meditations
