Kids Mindset & Movement Group Series: for improving self-regulation & executive functioning skills

This NEW group class series is perfect for neurodivergent learners, or simply the child who could benefit from evidence-based skills training in the following areas: executive functioning, self-regulation, social skills, social-emotional learning all through addressing the MIND & BODY! Participating in a group allows children to build peer relationships, a sense of community and belonging in a supportive and therapeutic environment.

Class led by pediatric occupational therapist, ADHD-service provider, yoga & mindfulness teacher with extensive training and education in self-regulation, ADHD, Autism, neurological approaches and executive functioning skills.
