GLOWGA (Glow-in-the-dark yoga) for Kids & Tweens/Teens!

Come join me on FRIDAY May 15th for yoga, games, music, mindfulness, movement, and meditation all under the glow of UV black lights!

This glow-in-the-dark yoga class includes glow in the dark accessories and glow in the dark body paint, so come prepared to explore your creativity!

Wearing WHITE is highly encouraged to really GLOW!

Kids Class (ages 6-9): 5:30-6:30 PM

Tweens/Teens (ages 10-15): 7:15-8:30 PM
