
Kids Yoga & Mindfulness Activity 3-week class series (OPTIONAL DROP IN CLASSES)
Join me in the month of January (1/6, 1/23 & 1/30) for a 3-week kids yoga & mindfulness activity class series! Each week kids we will explore a new theme and mindfulness activity (including worksheets and/or crafts).
This is a great opportunity to improve kids physical and mental well-being this new year, especially for those participating in virtual learning! Participating in a series allows for the same students to advance together while applying newly instructed skills each week in class.
Can’t commit to 3 weeks? No worries, you have an option to drop in on any one of the three dates!
