A 30-Day Mindset & Parent Reset for Parents Raising Children With ADHD

*limited to 8 participants

Less frustration. More understanding. A calmer, more connected approach to parenting your child with ADHD.

The meltdowns. The constant reminders. The school calls. The guilt after you’ve yelled. The feeling that you’re trying everything and still wondering what you’re missing.

You want to help your child regulate their emotions, navigate challenges, and feel good about who they are. But some days, you’re struggling to regulate your own emotions, too.

You may find yourself asking:

Why is everything so hard? Why doesn’t anything seem to work? Am I doing something wrong?

What if the first step wasn’t finding another strategy for your child, but understanding what’s happening for both of you?

The 30-Day Parent Reset is a guided experience designed to help parents raising children with ADHD shift how they understand their child’s behavior, build their own emotional resilience, and develop practical ways to navigate difficult moments with greater confidence.

Not by doing more. Not by becoming a perfect parent.

But by learning to see things differently, understand what may be underneath the behavior, and respond with greater awareness and intention.

Does This Sound Familiar?

  • Most days, you feel emotionally and mentally exhausted.
  • A simple request somehow turns into a meltdown.
  • You find yourself repeating, reminding, correcting, negotiating, and yelling more than you’d like.
  • You feel guilty when you lose your patience or when you need help.
  • You wonder why parenting seems easier for other families.
  • You feel blamed for your child’s meltdowns or worry that you’re doing something wrong.
  • You dread the phone call from school or the report from aftercare.
  • You know your child is struggling, but you’re not always sure how to help.
  • You wonder why your child can’t seem to do something they already know how to do.
  • You wish you had understood ADHD and its impact on your family sooner.

Maybe you’ve read the books, saved the strategies, listened to the podcasts, and tried the recommendations.

But when you’re in the middle of a difficult moment, it’s hard to remember what you’ve learned — let alone put it into practice.

You don’t need another overwhelming list of things to do. You need a way to make sense of what you’re already navigating.

Introducing the 30-Day Parent Reset

The 30-Day Parent Reset is a four-week, guided learning experience for parents raising children with ADHD who want to better understand their child’s behavior while building their own capacity to navigate challenging moments.

Together, we’ll explore your child’s emotional regulation, your own responses, and the patterns that develop in everyday family life.

You’ll learn to look beyond the behavior, become more curious about what might be driving it, and identify practical ways to respond that support both your child and yourself.

You’ll also have space to reflect on your own habits, triggers, expectations, and beliefs about parenting.

Because challenging things will happen. The goal isn’t to eliminate every difficult moment. It’s to change how you understand and respond to those moments.

Awareness creates the opportunity for change. And supporting your own resilience can help you make better use of the strategies and interventions you’re already trying.

This Isn’t About Checking a Box Every Day

The 30-day structure is here to give you guidance, not another thing to feel guilty about.

Life happens. You’ll have busy days, hard days, and days when you simply don’t get to the lesson. That’s okay. You haven’t fallen behind, and you haven’t failed the challenge.

This isn’t about completing every lesson perfectly or checking something off your to-do list each day. It’s about creating space to pause, reflect, and try something new at a pace that works for you and your family.

The structure of a 30-day challenge gives you a starting point and a path to follow, while the built-in catch-up days give you room to breathe.

Miss a day? Pick up where you left off. Need more time? Take it.

The goal isn’t perfection or completion. It’s progress, awareness, and small shifts that can make a meaningful difference over time.

Because you have enough on your plate already. This experience is meant to support you, not add more pressure.

What We’ll Explore Over 30 Days

WEEK 1: REFRAME

WEEK 2: UNDERSTAND

WEEK 3: BUILD CONFIDENCE

WEEK 4: INTEGRATE

What’s Included?

20 bite-sized lessons

Five lessons per week, delivered through short audio recordings or emails and organized around the four weekly themes.

A guided parent workbook

Reflection prompts and exercises to help you connect each lesson to your own experiences, recognize patterns, and identify meaningful next steps. Weekends will be designated as catch-up days, giving you room to learn at a manageable pace.

Two live coaching sessions

Opportunities to learn, reflect, and explore parenting challenges with guidance and support.

Two individual 1:1 calls

An intake call at the beginning and an exit call at the end. These calls will provide space to discuss your needs, reflect on your experience, and share feedback to help shape the program.

A private, moderated parent community

A space to connect with other parents navigating similar experiences, share reflections, and feel less alone. Community access will continue through January 1, 2027.

Your Child’s ADHD User Manual

A guided opportunity to document your child’s individual needs, patterns, strengths, challenges, and the supports that may help them thrive.

The goal is to develop a more personalized understanding of your child that you can continue using and refining over time.

What Might Feel Different After 30 Days?

This isn’t about promising that your child will stop having meltdowns or that your family will never struggle again. It’s about building a foundation for a different experience.

You’ll work toward:

  • Understanding your child’s behavior with greater clarity.
  • Recognizing your own triggers and developing more intentional responses.
  • Approaching parenting setbacks with less guilt and self-judgment.
  • Becoming more curious about what’s happening beneath challenging behaviors.
  • Feeling more confident about which strategies to try.
  • Holding boundaries while making room for your child’s emotions.
  • Understanding your child’s individual strengths and support needs.
  • Feeling more hopeful about your relationship and your family’s future.

The goal isn’t to fix your child. It’s to help you understand your child, support yourself, and build a more intentional way forward together.
