Helping Kids Move, Learn, and Thrive- No Stillness Required!
“But my child can’t sit still…they could never make it through a class!”
That’s a common response I get all the time and I am here to tell you that your child does not need to sit still, nor should they!
Think of kids’ classes as the starting point for a lifelong foundation in mindful movement. I nurture this foundation through play, movement, and repetition- all at a child’s pace. My classes use fun, motivating music and playful activities to guide children through movement and yoga-inspired postures. Through these engaging practices, kids develop:
- Self-regulation and focus
- Gross motor skills and coordination
- Body awareness and confidence
- Mental and physical strength
- Trust in themselves and their abilities
Every activity is designed to be active, enjoyable, and supportive of each child’s growth.
Kids learn through movement.

I tell all my students that movement is a practice, and through consistent, playful practice, we learn to meet ourselves exactly where we are. This builds confidence, self-awareness, and a sense of accomplishment after each class.
Beyond building physical strength, my classes incorporate mindfulness activities, sensory games, and breathing exercises—all designed to support self-regulation and skills that children can apply in everyday life.
I help kids develop their internal pause button, strengthening focus and regulation.
Classes conclude with relaxing, guided activities that encourage children to use their imagination while calming their minds and bodies.
No matter your child’s energy level, abilities, or attention span, my classes are for THEM!
