Email mindfulmissk@gmail.com if you have questions\nThis is a great opportunity to bond with like-minded peers while motivating one another in a safe and supportive environment. No yoga experience is necessary and everyone will feel successful during this non-competitive practice.\nClass will include:\nYoga pose instruction through songs\nGuided Movement\nYoga games\nBreathing exercises\nMindfulness Activities\nGuided Meditation\nAfter class, students will create their own vision boards!\nDuring this inspiring and fun-filled activity, students will create a visual representation of their own personal goals and dreams while setting positive intentions for the future. A vision board is created by making a collage of inspiring pictures, motivating quotes, personal affirmations, and powerful words from various print media.\nEach student will be provided with the following items for individual use to take home: Poster board, crayons/colored pencils/markers, stickers, glitter/craft supplies, and various pictures and positive affirmation pictures/cards.\n*Students are encouraged to also bring their own personal photos or pictures to class *Option to bring your own crayons/markers *\nPlease bring your own yoga mat, blanket or towel\nFor more details & to sign up: https://thegoodkarmastudio.com/kids-yoga-aerial-classes\n
